Subscription & Billing Terms
Payment provider (Merchant of Record)
Payments for VAULT subscriptions are securely processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as the Merchant of Record. VAULT does not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, PIN or OTP. Paddle calculates and remits applicable taxes based on your billing location.
Billing frequency
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are shown before purchase, with taxes calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled from Settings → Plan & Billing.
Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
